Indian startup vocabulary uses these labels almost interchangeably:

ZeengoCorp is the last two combined. We build the companies (venture studio) and we own and operate them long-term (holding company). We don't optimize for exit — we optimize for compounding cash flow and category dominance over a decade.
This isn't a slogan. It's an operating constraint:
- We don't take outside fund capital, so we don't have a return clock ticking.
- We don't IPO-engineer our portfolio companies.
- We invest founder time and ZeengoCorp engineering into each company, not just money.
- We keep the businesses we build. Acquisitions of ZeengoCorp ventures happen only when a strategic acquirer offers a clean, founder-friendly transfer (as is currently the case with NoteVault — see its product page for details).

We work across four focus areas. Two have shipped products. Two are in active in-studio development.
4.1 — Dial Master (live, B2B SaaS)
Dial Master is our flagship B2B venture. It's a mobile-first auto-dialer CRM built for high-volume outbound sales teams — real estate, insurance, solar, mortgage, EdTech, telesales.
What makes it different from desktop CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho) and pure-dialer tools (Aircall, JustCall):
- SIM-native calling. Sales reps dial through their own phone's SIM, so calls are real cellular voice — no VoIP latency, no carrier rejection, no Wi-Fi dependency.
- Mobile-first. Field sales teams live on their phones, not on desks. Dial Master meets them there.
- Gamified rep dashboard. Coin rewards, daily streaks, and leaderboard metrics that managers can actually use.
- Free-forever plan. No seat tax for small teams, paid features only when you grow.

4.2 — NoteVault (live, consumer)
NoteVault is our consumer venture. It's a disguised Android privacy app that looks and works like a Material 3 notepad — and conceals an encrypted vault for photos, videos, and documents behind a secret trigger word only the user knows.
Why we built it: privacy apps look obvious. A "vault" icon on your phone is itself a tell. NoteVault solves that by being a real, useful notepad that happens to have a hidden capability.

4.3 — ZeengoGPT (in-studio)
Internal AI tooling we've built for our own portfolio operations: a conversational ops assistant, automation pipelines, and a custom-AI layer for portfolio company workflows. We're evaluating whether to spin this out as a standalone B2B product or keep it as internal infrastructure.
4.4 — Other in-studio work
Active research and prototype work in: enterprise security operations, real-estate technology (PropTech), and intelligent platforms / robotics. None are production-ready yet — these are listed transparently on our portfolio page under "In Development."
Section 5 — How ZeengoCorp Innovations partners with founders
This is the section most founders skip to. If you're a founder reading this, here's exactly how engagement with ZeengoCorp works.
Three engagement tracks
We work with founders in three distinct ways. They have different terms and different commitments from us.
Track A — Co-build (the studio model)
You bring an early thesis or a working prototype. We bring capital, engineering, and operating muscle, and we co-build the company from week one. This is how Dial Master was built. The economics: ZeengoCorp takes majority equity (you remain a meaningful, vested co-founder) and we commit operating resources for at least 18 months.
Best fit: Solo technical or domain founders who don't want to spend a year recruiting a team and raising seed — they'd rather build with us and ship.
Track B — Invest + operate
You already have a small team and traction (or a clear thesis backed by domain experience). We invest, take a minority-to-majority stake depending on stage, and contribute specific operating capabilities (engineering, growth, ops) on an ongoing basis. You stay as CEO.
Best fit: Founders with proven domain expertise who want a capital partner that can actually plug in and help, not just sit on a board.
Track C — Strategic acquisition
You have a working product, real users, and want to exit — but want the company to keep operating well after you leave. We acquire outright, integrate into the ZeengoCorp portfolio, and keep operating. (The reverse of what we're doing with NoteVault right now, where we're the seller.)
Best fit: Founders moving to their next thing who don't want to shut down what they built.
What we look for
Across all three tracks, we evaluate on the same signals:
- Real problem, real market. B2B SaaS or consumer tech with clear willingness-to-pay or daily-use behavior.
- Asymmetric founder advantage. You know something about this market that most don't.
- Operating discipline. You can ship, not just pitch.
- Capital-efficient path to revenue. We're not interested in unit economics that require burning money to validate.
- Durable category. Something we'd be proud to operate in a decade.
What we won't do
- We don't invest in pure-research or moonshot bets without a near-term commercialization path.
- We don't lead pre-seed-only with no operating involvement. If we're investing, we're operating with you.
- We don't write small passive checks. Our minimum useful engagement is meaningful equity + at least a 12-month operating commitment.
- We don't do crypto, gambling, vice, or anything that can't pass a clean compliance review.
